Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about how ZeonTools works, data privacy, and browser compatibility.

Are my files uploaded to your servers?

Absolutely not. ZeonTools is built entirely on client-side technology. When you upload an image, PDF, or video to one of our tools, the file is loaded directly into your browser's local memory. No data is ever transmitted to a remote server for processing.

Can I use ZeonTools offline?

Yes! Once the page is loaded, the tools do not require an active internet connection. You can disconnect your Wi-Fi and continue manipulating data, crunching numbers, or optimizing assets. We also support progressive web app (PWA) installation for permanent offline access.

Is ZeonTools completely free?

Yes. All 200+ tools and calculators currently available on ZeonTools are 100% free to use. Because we do not process your data on our servers, our infrastructure costs are extremely low, allowing us to pass the utility directly to you without paywalls.

Why does a tool crash on large files?

Since processing happens locally on your device, the maximum file size you can handle is determined by your device's RAM and browser limits. For example, processing a 4K video might work seamlessly on a desktop PC with 16GB of RAM, but may crash on an older mobile phone.
